What happens after my trial ends?
Add a payment method before your 14 days are up to continue on Pro at £100/month. If you don't add a card, your account simply pauses — your data and settings are preserved, and you can upgrade anytime. We never charge you without a card on file, so there are no surprise bills.
How do tokens work?
Tokens are used for scans and analysis features. Each scan type costs different amounts (5-50 tokens). Pro includes 1,000 tokens monthly, and you can buy additional tokens as needed.
What LLM providers do you support?
We currently support ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Claude (Anthropic). More providers are on our roadmap.
How does citation tracking work?
We send queries to each LLM provider and analyse the responses for citations, references, and mentions of your domains. Results are tracked over time so you can measure your GEO performance.
Can I track competitor citations?
Yes. You can add competitor domains and compare how often LLMs cite your site versus your competitors for the same queries.
Do unused tokens carry over?
Monthly plan tokens reset each billing cycle. However, any additional tokens you purchase separately do carry over between months.
